The HelpDesk Widget is a tool for requesters that allows them to review their tickets, add comments, and attach files. It can be embedded in a public website or a SharePoint site other than the one where the HelpDesk is installed, ensuring that requesters do not have access to all tickets in your HelpDesk. Additionally, the HelpDesk Widget can be added as a Microsoft Teams tab.
